SCIENCE BEHIND YOGA

Yoga means bringing making together of individual and universal consciousness.
Regular practise of yoga and meditation turns you as cleanliness of the body and purity of the mind,makes your brain free from pressure and tensions of various daily routine works.
It is a state of being beyond the thoughts, a state that it takes to you where you can not find the present moment if you are caught in your mind.
May be hardly it takes 10-30 minutes a day but results in a very high energy and boost your health.
